Architecture for Humanity is a volunteer non-profit organization set up to promote architecture and design to seek solutions to global social and humanitarian crisis.  Through a global network of building professionals, Architecture for Humanity (AfH) brings design, construction, and development services to communities in need.

Beth Morris worked in collaboration with Stacy Jed and other AfH staff, design fellows and volunteers to renovate their office headquarters.  Project goals included development of a more collaborative space with sub-tenants who are like-minded non-profits, creation of a flexible open space for community gatherings, and design of a storage/ display element that could showcase the work of AfH.  With volunteer labor and material donations, the project was successfully achieved on a very tight budget and schedule.
